CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or fresh)

1 medium ripe banana (or 1 cup sliced frozen banana)

1 cup Chocolate SOW® Chia Milk

1 scoop plant protein powder like pea or whey protein powder (dairy)

Mint leaves or a whole strawberry sliced lengthwise 3/4 way up the middle and hung on the edge of glass (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. To the blender: Add the chia milk, then the strawberries and banana, followed by the protein powder. Blend well, until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency by adding more frozen fruit, ice or chocolate chia milk.
  3. Garnish glass with fresh mint leaves or a sliced fresh strawberry.
