INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup olive oil  
  • 1/4 cup SOW chia oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh or dried herbs
  • Peppercorns

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar and leave to rest for at least five days.
  • Strain and place in a bottle as dressing or for cooking.
  • If you prefer a more intense flavor leave the herbs and garlic in.
